Replicating the global economy in learning is at the heart of the development of the Global Learning Communities (GLC) concept. They have developed e communication systems to share learning between children and young people in and out of schools around the time zones of the world.
The concept is to promote continuous 24 hour collaborative learning across the curriculum. For example, students are sending their creative writing work to be reviewed by others ‘overnight’. They are sharing their Physics or Maths problem solving in the same way.
Students of all ages and all abilities are highly motivated by sharing their learning with others who really value their work. Find out more here.
